Many management companies in the industry would take complete ownership of listings, collect all booking revenue, and deduct hefty fees before paying property owners their remaining share.

This revelation inspired Roy and Mazen to bring clarity, fairness, and empowerment back to short-term rental management. They set out to restore the original co-hosting concept envisioned by platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, where property owners retain full ownership of their accounts, control over their revenue, and complete transparency into their property’s performance.
