As we grow into multiple service verticals, accurate, real-time insight into revenue, cash, margins, and performance is critical.

Role Overview

As the Revenue & Operations Intelligence Lead, you will build and own the single source of truth for how Finanshels makes, keeps, and collects money. You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to ensure that revenue, cash, churn, margins, and operational performance are clear, trusted, and always up to date. This is not a reporting or strategy role. Your job is to deliver accurate, automated, decision-ready data—so leadership can move fast with confidence.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Build the CEO Dashboard

Create a fully automated dashboard showing:

• ARR
• Cash collected
• Churn & retention
• Gross margin
• CAC & ARPU
• Partner ROI

2. Automate Leadership Metrics

Design and maintain automated weekly KPIs (EOS-style scorecards) sourced directly from:

• CRM
• Finance / billing systems
• Delivery or project management tools
• HR systems

**3. Connect Core Systems

Ensure clean, reliable data flow from:

• Zoho CRM
• Finance & billing platforms
• Delivery / operations tools
• HR systems

4. Eliminate Reporting Conflicts

Establish clear definitions and ownership so there is:

• One revenue number
• One cash number
• One churn number
• One utilisation number
• One partner performance view

Must-Have Experience

• Built dashboards connecting CRM, finance/billing, and operations data
• Owned and reported ARR, churn, collections, margins, and cohorts
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL
• Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Background in SaaS, fintech, subscription, or BPO environments
• Worked with 1,000+ customers or high-volume transactions

Nice to Have

• Python or automation experience
• EOS scorecards familiarity
• Fintech or BPO domain exposure
