Job Description: Senior Client Manager / Client Director

We are now seeking a Senior Client Manager / Client Director (title dependent on seniority and experience) to join our Dubai office and play a pivotal role in growing relationships, securing new business, and delivering the world’s most extraordinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with both private UHNWI clients and corporate partners across luxury, lifestyle, and travel sectors. • Sell, design, and operate bespoke experiences, from global sporting, film, fashion, and music events to highly curated private travel and once-in-a-lifetime adventures. • Leverage our unique access to secure new clients and partnerships across the GCC and beyond. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, curating and delivering experiences that exceed expectations and redefine luxury. • Represent Flag in the Sand at industry events, client meetings, and exclusive gatherings. • Drive revenue growth through both new business and existing client development.

Required Experience & Skills • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in one or more of the following: Luxury travel or Lifestyle concierge services or VIP events & experiences or Private jet or yacht brokerage • Strong network and demonstrable success working with UHNWI and/or B2B partnerships. • Entrepreneurial energy, strong client relationship skills, and a creative, solutions driven mindset. • A proactive, dynamic personality with a strong work ethic. • Already based in the GCC (preferred) or willing to relocate to Dubai.
